2023: Tinubu did not give us money to campaign for him – Adeyeye

The Chairman of the South West Agenda (SWAGA) 2023, Dayo Adeyeye, has stated the nationwide chief of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu didn’t launch cash to anyone to mobilise helps for him forward of the 2023 presidential election.

Adeyeye disclosed that SWAGA was an initiative of some Yoruba indigenes, who he stated need the subsequent Nigerian president after Muhammadu Buhari to come back from the South West.

Apart from having a Yoruba man because the president, Adeyeye stated the political group is enthusiastic about Tinubu due to what he referred to as his “intimidating credentials”.

Whereas talking on Monday on the palace of the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo, Adeyeye revealed that people within the group have been donating cash in direction of the defend.

“Tinubu didn’t ship us to marketing campaign for him. He didn’t ask us to maneuver round to mobilise helps for him. We’re those who volunteered to do it. We stated, allow us to begin. “So, he didn’t ship us. People are donating their cash for this challenge. We’ve got influential folks amongst us. Asiwaju didn’t give anyone cash to do that, as a result of he didn’t ship us.” he stated.

Adeyeye maintained that no good advert can promote a nasty product, saying “we have now a great product; folks settle for that and this has made our work simpler.”

In his phrases, Oba Gbadebo gave the group royal blessings, whereas assuring members his fatherly helps.

Others on the palace of Alake in Abeokuta included Senator Gbenga Obadara, Hon Abiodun Akinlade, Dunni Opayemi, Suraj Adekunbi, Muyiwa Oladipupo, Kayode Amusan, Bosun Oladele, Mukaila Musa, Monsuru Alao and others.
