Anamabra guber: ‘PDP consensus arrangement too late’ – Ekwunife joins race

Senator Uche Ekwunife formally joined the Anambra State governorship race on Tuesday.

The Peoples Democratic Celebration (PDP) chieftain submitted her nomination kind on the get together’s nationwide secretariat in Abuja.

Ekwunife mentioned it was too late for the PDP to decide on a consensus candidate.

“I’m operating to win, I don’t see how consensus association will work,” she declared.

The lawmaker expressed her conviction of beating different aspirants.

Ekwunife promised to stay within the get together if she doesn’t win the ticket for the November 6 election.

She pledged to reform the safety structure of the state and to proceed to empower girls if elected.

Ekwunife, a former Home of Representatives member, is among the many sturdy feminine politicians in Nigeria.
