Former Peoples Democratic Social gathering, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has reacted to the army airplane crash in Abuja.
DAILY POST had reported that army plane, King Air 350 crashed on Sunday morning on the runway of Abuja airport.
Confirming the incident, Air Pressure Director of public relations and data, Air Vice Marshall Ibikunle Daramola disclosed that an investigation has been ordered to find out reason for airplane crash.
Reacting, Atiku commiserated with household of those that misplaced family members within the crash.
In a tweet, Atiku wrote: “I’ve simply learnt of the crash of a army plane close to Abuja. My ideas and prayers are with the households of these onboard the ill-fated flight.”
On his half, former Senate President, Bukola Saraki tweeted: “Right now, my prayers are with the Nigerian Air Pressure and the households and mates of the army personnel concerned in right this moment’s Beechcraft KingAir B350i airplane crash. I pray for power for the households.”
