Nnamdi Kanu, chief of the Indigenous Folks of Biafra, IPOB, has promised to distribute free oil to some nations.
Kanu stated Biafra would distribute free oil to Ghana, Togo, Benin Republic, Ivory Coast and Gambia when seceded from Nigeria.
