Nnamdi Kanu, chief of the Indigenous Folks of Biafra (IPOB) and the Jap Safety Community (ESN) have been warned to keep away from Benue State.
This adopted the current menace by Kanu to ship ESN members to guard Igbo folks dwelling in Benue.
Kanu recognized Ado and Oju Native Authorities Areas as locations that want the presence of ESN.
In his response, Ado Native Authorities admonished Kanu to cease dragging Benue into “his self-seeking marketing campaign”.
The Chairman, James Oche, advised reporters on Saturday that the territorial integrity of the state would by no means be a topic of Biafra agitation.
He cautioned proponents of Kanu’s “inordinate ideology” in Benue to desist or face the wrath of the legislation.
On the IPOB chief’s remark in regards to the “abduction” of three folks, Oche clarified that they have been arrested in reference to the homicide of an aged Fulani man, Mohammed Isa.
“It was an act that threatened the safety of the world and made the Deputy Governor summon a gathering that was held yesterday in Makurdi with all involved stakeholders.
“Kanu reportedly issued statements charging Benue Governor to guard ‘IPOB communities’ or he would ship Jap Safety Community operatives to take action. He ought to cease insulting the sensibilities of Benue folks.”
The LG boss assured that Governor Samuel Ortom was doing his greatest when it comes to safety.
He suggested the folks to stay calm and assist the governor’s dedication to the total implementation of the Anti Open Grazing Regulation.
