Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, on Tuesday, urged the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Authorities to recall all ex-service personnel prepared to return to struggle terrorism.

Atiku made the decision whereas urging the Buhari’s authorities to declare complete battle on terrorism in Nigeria.

In an announcement titled, ‘The Time For A Whole Warfare On Terror Is Now,’ the previous presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Get together, PDP, urged the Federal Authorities to be decisive in management.
