President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Professor Kevin Ibeh, Professor of Advertising and marketing and Worldwide Enterprise and Professional-Vice-Chancellor (Worldwide) at Birkbeck, College of London, on his appointment as Commissioner of the Commonwealth Scholarship Fee.
