The previous Senator representing the Kogi West Senatorial district, Senator Dino Melaye has slammed the Nigerian Senate for confirming the previous service chiefs as non-career ambassadors-designate.
In a tweet on his official Twitter web page on Wednesday, SDM alleged that the senate was working for the presidency.
“Affirmation of service chief: Disgrace on the Senate who simply confirmed that the Nigerian Senate is a division of Aso Rock and the Presidency.
“Confirming these you beneficial for sack greater than as soon as for gross incompetence as Ambassadors is a SHAME. SDM”, Dino Melaye tweeted.
DAILY POST remembers that the Senate on Tuesday, confirmed the appointment of the nation’s rapid former Service Chiefs as non-career ambassadors-designate.

The previous Service Chiefs confirmed are: Normal Abayomi G. Olonisakin (Rtd), Ekiti; Lt. Normal Tukur Y. Buratai (Rtd), Borno; Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete E. Ibas (Rtd), Cross River; and Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar (Rtd), Bauchi.
