Court of Appeal: NJC recommends 18 Justices to Buhari [Full list]

The Nigerians in Diaspora Fee (NiDCOM) says the retrial of Nigerian, Itunu Babalola, wrongfully incarcerated in Cote D’lvoire, is to start beneath a brand new and unbiased prosecutor.

This was contained in an announcement signed by Mr Gabriel Odu, the fee’s Media, Public Relations and Protocols Unit officer, in Abuja, on Friday, NAN experiences.

In accordance with him, the Nigeria Mission in Abidjan, Cote D’ivoire, has now confirmed that Babalola, a Nigerian dwelling in Abidjan, was wrongfully charged and incarcerated for against the law she didn’t commit following collection of investigations.
