An Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ on Monday, ordered the remand of Adeniji Olusola, 38, (m) Paul Folorunso, 45, (m) and Adebayo Serifat, 40, (f) on the correctional centre in Ado-Ekiti over alleged conspiracy, homicide.
The defendants, whose handle was not offered are being tried for alleged conspiracy and homicide.
The police counsel, Assistant Superintendent of Police(ASP) Martins Akala, sought the order of the court docket to grant the prayer of the State Commissioner of Police as contained within the request earlier than the court docket.
