Court remands four security guards for alleged murder

A Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Courtroom in Lagos on Monday remanded 4 safety guards in a correctional facility for alleged homicide.

In her ruling, Chief Justice of the Peace, Mrs Adeola Adedayo, rejected the pleas of the defendants.

Adebayo ordered that the defendants be remanded on the Ikoyi Custodial Centre, Lagos State, pending authorized recommendation.

She adjourned the case till April 6.
