Covenant University lecturer arrested for raping 17-year-old student

A lecturer within the Division of Enterprise administration on the Covenant College Ota, Ogun State, Dr. Stephen Ukenna, has been arrested for alleged rape.

Police stated Ukenna was arrested on March 11 “for forcefully having illegal carnal information of a 17-year-old scholar of the varsity (title withheld).

The 41-year-old lecturer was arrested after a criticism was lodged at Ota Space Command by the dad and mom of the sufferer.

The dad and mom had knowledgeable the police that their daughter talked to them on cellphone from the varsity, narrating to them that she was invited by the lecturer to his workplace on the stated date underneath the pretence that he needed to plan a shock birthday celebration for her shut buddy.
