COVID-19: Benue receives 50,000 doses of vaccine

The Benue State Authorities on Tuesday obtained 50,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines.

This was disclosed by the state’s Commissioner for Info, Tradition and Tourism, Mrs Ngunan Addingi in the course of the finish of the Government Council Assembly in Makurdi, the state capital.

Addingi stated that the vaccination was fully voluntary, NAN experiences.

She stated: “The state authorities has obtained a complete of fifty,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine for onward vaccination of Benue residents.”

The commissioner identified that the state motion committee on COVID-19 would meet to find out the modalities and when the vaccination would start.
