Justice S. S. Ogunsanya of the Lagos State Excessive Court docket in Ikeja, on Monday, convicted Raymond Akanolu, a former Normal Supervisor, Dangote Industries Restricted, Mojisola Aladejobi and Balogun Omololu Alaba.
The Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee (EFCC) charged them with conspiracy and acquiring cash by false pretence.
The trio, in October 2014, conspired to defraud Dangote Industries Restricted of the sum of $32,000, in keeping with the EFCC.
They inflated the premium for the renewal of insurance coverage coverage cowl for a Hawker Plane with registration No. 5N-DGN.
The offence is opposite to part 323 of the Prison Legislation of Lagos State, No. 11 of 2011.
Akanolu, Aladejobi and Alaba pleaded “not responsible” to the costs.

Justice Ogunsanya, in his judgment, discovered the defendants responsible of the offence.
