Yakasai made the decision final Friday after the kidnapping of a whole lot of schoolgirls from the Authorities Secondary Faculty in Zamfara State.
Nigerians and organisations condemned his arrest.
Inn response, DSS stated he was not in custody over his tweet recurring kidnappings.
