He added that the Transport Commissioner was a public-spirited man who lived for and served others, stressing that “it’s on file that he travelled to Nnewe Neighborhood of his native Aninri LGA on the morning of that unhappy day, distributing faculty lockers and seats to main colleges in that neighborhood earlier than main the State Ministry of Transport to honour the invitation by the State Home of Meeting Committee on Transport which grew to become his final engagement on this mundane world”.

Gov.
