Fmr Gov, Segun Oni condemns killing of farmers by herdsmen in Ekiti

A former Governor of Ekiti State Segun Oni has condemned the current killings of farmers by herdsmen in Ikole Ekiti.

Whereas sympathising with the households of the victims, Oni referred to as for the safety of residents and swift motion by the Police to convey the perpetrators to justice.

“I deeply sympathise with the households of the farmers in Ikole Ekiti killed by some suspected herdsmen who are actually stated to be on the run. This act of wickedness and callousness is completely unacceptable and I strongly condemn this herder’s inhumanity to farmers.”
