The arraignment of former Minister of Aviation, Sen. Stella Oduah, on the Federal Excessive Courtroom, Abuja by the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee, EFCC, on Monday was stalled.

The counsel to the EFCC, Dr. Hassan Liman, SAN, on the point out of the case earlier than Justice Inyang Ekwo, informed the courtroom that the fifth and sixth suspect within the matter have been but to be served with the courtroom processes.

Following the event, Justice Ekwo adjourned the matter till April 19 for the suspects to take their plea.

Recall that the lawmaker who’s dealing with a fraud cost alongside eight others was to be arraigned in courtroom on Feb. 9.

The anti-corruption company charged Oduah for misappropriation of public funds to the tune of N5 billion throughout her tenure because the Minister of Aviation.
