The Socio-Financial Rights and Accountability Challenge (SERAP) has kicked towards the disbursement of the £4.2miilion recovered from the previous Governor of Delta State, James Ibori for building of roads.

SERAP in a press release launched on Wednesday stated the loot must be used for the direct good thing about the victims of corruption in Delta State.
