The Impartial Electoral Fee INEC has issued a certificates of return to the member representing Kafin Hausa Constituency within the Jigawa Home of Meeting.
DAILY POST reported that the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammad Adamu emerged winner of the Kafin Hausa State Constituency by-election in Jigawa.
Adamu who’s the son of the deceased member polled 14,924 votes to defeat his opponent, Garba Muhammad Tambale, of the Peoples Democratic Celebration (PDP), who polled 8,612 votes.
Talking to Journalist after presenting the certificates of return INEC Residential Electoral Commissioner, Dr. Muhammad Isah stated the election was free and in accordance with the fee pointers.
He assured that to accord justice for all of the events within the conduct of all elections.
“Jigawa is the one state that has no pending courtroom case which confirmed all political events agreed to the result of all elections and by-election since 2019 thus far” he famous.
His election follows the dying of his father Hon. Adamu Babban Naked (APC) in Jigawa State Home of Meeting.
The deceased died on the age of 57 after a chronic sickness.
