The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), has launched a scathing assault on the Christian Affiliation of Nigeria, CAN, Kwara State chapter, for opposing authorities’s determination to permit Muslim pupils put on hijabs to varsities.

In a press release captioned ‘MURIC lauds Kwara Gov For Approving Hijab’, the rights group mentioned the choice of the State authorities was daring, forthright and far-reaching, whereas describing CAN’s disapproval as naive and shallow.
