A lawyer in Imo State, Prof. Nnamdi Obiareri has advocated for the domestication of the liberty of data act (FOI), to manage the dissemination of data.

Prof. Obiareri who was the previous Commissioner for Data and Technique in Imo State, regretted that the journalism occupation which was imagined to be a noble one has been bastardized by quacks.
