An Ekiti State Chief Justice of the Peace Court docket sitting in Ado Ekiti has ordered that one Ajibola Odebo , 40, be remanded within the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Ado Ekiti, for allegedly raping a minor.
Ordering the accused individual to be remanded in Correctional Centre, Justice of the Peace Dolapo Fasuba, frowned on the incessant and growing offences of rape and sexual assault within the society.

In response to the police prosecutor, Inspector Oriyomi Akinwale, the offence was dedicated in Ado Ekiti when the accused raped a 12-year-old woman.
The case was adjourned to 18th March, 2021 for point out.
