The Lagos Police Commissioner, Hakeem Odumosu, has debunked claims that well-liked Nollywood actor, James Omiyinka popularly referred to as Baba Ijesha, who was arrested for defiling a minor shall be granted bail.
Odumosu, who made this identified to newsmen on Thursday, stated the allegation in opposition to Baba Ijesha was on sexual and indecent assault which is bailable, not defilement.
