Dad and mom and members of Scholar Union Authorities on Tuesday marched to the Nationwide Meeting in demand for the discharge of the kidnapped Greenfield college students.

DAILY POST recollects that about 22 college students have been kidnapped from the college campus on April 20 when gunmen suspected to be bandits invaded the varsity premises.

The group led by activist, Deji Adeyanju gathered at Unity fountain in a solidarity march to the Nationwide Meeting, demanding the discharge of the scholars.

In a video shared by Adeyanju, the dad and mom and leaders of the coed union held placards with inscriptions “Carry again our college students” as they modified El-Rufai, Buhari’s identify.

Adeyanju alongside the video in his Twitter web page wrote: “In solidarity with the dad and mom of kidnapped Kaduna college students on the Nationwide Meeting. We marched from the Unity Fountain to NASS.

“I attraction to the federal government to rescue the scholars and to not allow them to be killed at the moment.”

That is coming after the abductors, who’re suspected bandits vowed to kill the remaining 17 college students if ransom shouldn’t be paid.

Chief of the bandits who recognized himself as SaniIdris Jalingo, whereas talking in an interview on Hausa Service of Voice of America (VOA) mentioned the remaining college students could be killed at the moment if the federal government failed to fulfill their demand.

Based on him, the demand consists of N100 million and 10 model Honda bikes which he known as ‘Boko Haram’.

In the meantime, 5 of the scholars kidnapped have been killed inside per week because the Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai vowed by no means to barter with bandits.
