Troops kill two bandits, rescue 4 Kidnap victims in Kaduna

The Kaduna State Authorities on Tuesday, mentioned troops of Operation Thunder Strike reported that two armed bandits had been neutralized at “5-Thirty” village in Chikun Native Authorities Space of the state.

The governnent confirmed this in a press release on Tuesday by Samuel Aruwan Commissioner, Ministry of Inside Safety and Dwelling Affairs, Kaduna.

“In keeping with the report, this adopted the tried kidnap of 4 girls from the village by the armed bandits.

“The troops responded to a misery name and mobilized swiftly to the realm to interact the bandits. Following a gunfight, the bandits deserted the captives who had been then in a position to escape,” the assertion mentioned.

In keeping with Aruwan, “After the skirmish, the corpses of two bandits had been recovered, with the others having escaped with attainable gunshot wounds.

“Governor Nasir El-Rufai obtained the report with thanks. He recommended the troops for the profitable interception of the bandits and the rescue of the kidnapped girls. He wished the injured soldier a fast restoration, ” the assertion added.
