Tshego explains why he’s being an unbiased artist after departing former file label, Household Tree.

Taking to Twitter, he says Common’s refusal to just accept his payment received him unbiased.

“After Ghetto Ruff in 2014 I went on to inform Common it’ll be R6 million minimal if they need the masters on 1 album. They refused, and that’s why I’m nonetheless unbiased.”

The daddy of 1 made it clear that he doesn’t accept much less, and he reads contracts earlier than agreeing.

“Years again I used to be on the Ghetto Ruff studios, like I’d been doing on a regular basis for a lot of months. I began making “Out Right here” in entrance of Lance Stehr, on the spot.”

“The subsequent day he walks in and places a contract on the desk (with out warning or prior dialog). All I learn was “something made on this studio will belong to..” and I packed my shit IMMEDIATELY AND LEFT.”
