Two individuals have been remanded by an Ile-Ife Magistrates’ Courtroom for allegedly assaulting a police officer whereas performing his lawful obligation.
The accused individuals; Omotayo Damilola, 24 and Lekan Aderibigbe, 25.
The duo allegedly dedicated the offence on March 21, 2021, round 9:00 am. at Oniyangi space in Ile-Ife.
The Prosecutor, Inspector Sunday Osanyintuyi, instructed the court docket that the accused individuals conspired amongst themselves to commit felony to wit: critical assault and wilful harm.
