Former senator who represented the Kogi West Senatorial District within the eighth Meeting, Senator Dino Melaye, has slammed the Federal Authorities for approving $1.5 billion to renovate the Port Harcourt Refinery.
In a video he posted on his official Twitter web page on Thursday night, the previous senator alleged that the cash was accredited to be embezzled by those that gave the approval.
Dino, who described the refinery as useless, urged President Muhammadu Buhari to reverse the choice.
