Former Ukhozi Fm station supervisor and radio presenter Welcome Nzimande has handed on.

Nzimande, who’s thought to be legend of the airwaves died on Friday morning resulting from a Covid-19 associated sickness.

The reason for his loss of life was made identified by his spouse, Zandile Nzimande.

Nzimande was popularly often called Bhodloza or Ingulube Ncani.

He broadly attained recognition each on tv and radio when he offered reveals reminiscent of Ezodumo on SABC1 and Sgiyangengoma on Ukhozi Fm.

He distinguished himself together with his aptitude behind the microphone and his humour.

The deceased joined Ukhozi Fm in 1979, he later grew to become a Station Supervisor he retired in 2010.

He was then appointed UIF Board Chairperson in 2013.
