The Chief of Defence Workers, Maj.-Gen. Fortunate Irabor, on Monday, mentioned the army has resolved to kill all non-state-actors in communities, forests and countryside throughout Nigeria.

The army chief acknowledged this throughout a one-day Nationwide Defence and Safety Summit in Abuja, on Monday.

Maj.-Gen. Fortunate mentioned the army will make sure that normalcy is restored to all components of the nation.
