The Delta State department of the Committee for the Defence of Human Proper, CDHR, has stated the £4.2 million recovered loot of a former Governor, Onanefe James Ibori that was returned to Nigeria by the UK authorities belongs to the Delta State Authorities, stressing that the cash should be returned and utilized for the advantages of Deltans.
