Yobe govt shuts down all boarding schools over fear of terror attack, abduction of students

A human rights group, Worldwide Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Legislation (Intersociety) has mentioned the army arrested harmless individuals throughout its raid in the hunt for members of the Jap Safety Community (ESN) in Orlu, Imo State

A press assertion signed by the chairman board of trustees of Intersociety, Mr Emeka Umeagbalasi mentioned the claims by the army that these arrested had been members of Nnamdi Kanu’s safety community was false.

The group mentioned it has investigated the individuals publicly paraded by the army and located the claims to be false, including that whereas a number of the suspects had been mentally sick individuals arrested from a house the place they had been present process therapy, others had been Christian clerics who ran the house.
