Job Title: Account Officer

Function and Obligations

• Data of ERP system e.g. Oracle, SAP and so on.
• Nicely versed in excel and knowledge evaluation
• Data of operations and knack of detailing
• Data of accounting, budgeting and price management actions
• Data about Nigerian tax legal guidelines e.g. CITA, VAT, WHT and so on.
• Data of Accounts Payable course of e.g. materials and repair bill processing, vendor grasp creation and upkeep, vendor account reconciliation, PO evaluation and Financial institution reconciliation.
• Data of month closing actions e.g. month finish Accounts Payable closing (Ageing evaluation of collectors, advances, expense provision and so on.)
• Preparation of Audit associated particulars together with reconciliation of Basic ledger.

{Qualifications}

• Bachelor’s diploma or its equal in Accounts associated discipline.
• Skilled certificates in ACCA or ICAN shall be an added benefit.
• Minimal of 5-6 years working expertise in gross sales & advertising and marketing
• Glorious communication and negotiation ability.
